Enrolling in a course

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Finding a course

The platform's course catalog contains all the learning content your organization has made available to you. To open the catalog, click Course Catalog in the main navigation bar. You will see a grid of course tiles, each showing the course title, a brief description, the estimated duration, and — where available — a thumbnail image. If there are many courses, use the tools below to narrow down the list:

  • Search bar — type a keyword or course title and press Enter to filter results in real time.
  • Filter panel — on the left side of the catalog, apply filters such as topic category, estimated duration, format (video, reading, interactive), or language.
  • Sort options — sort by newest, most popular, or alphabetical order using the drop-down at the top of the results.

Enrolling step by step

  1. Click on a course tile to open the course overview page. Here you can read the full description, learning objectives, list of lessons, and any prerequisites the course requires.
  2. Review the prerequisites section. If a prerequisite course is listed that you have not yet completed, you may need to finish it first before enrolling in this one.
  3. Click Enroll Now. If the course is free and auto-enrollment is enabled, the button may instead read Start Learning and take you directly into the first lesson.
  4. If a confirmation dialog appears, read it and click Confirm Enrollment. The course will appear under My Courses on your dashboard immediately.

Administrator-assigned courses

Some courses are assigned to you automatically by your platform administrator rather than requiring you to enroll yourself. These courses appear in My Courses on your dashboard with an Assigned label. Assigned courses may also carry a required completion date, shown as a due-date badge on the course card. You will receive a notification when a new course is assigned to you.

Troubleshooting enrollment

  • Enroll Now button is grayed out: The course may require a prerequisite you have not yet completed, or enrollment may be restricted to specific groups. Contact your administrator.
  • Course does not appear in My Courses after enrolling: Refresh the page. If it still does not appear after a minute, try logging out and back in.
  • Course is not in the catalog: Ask your administrator whether the course has been published and whether you have been granted access to the relevant content group.

Once enrolled, see Tracking your progress for tips on staying on top of your learning journey.
