Signing in for the first time
Before you can log in, your organization's administrator will send you an invitation email from the platform. This email contains a unique link that activates your account and lets you set your initial password (unless your organization uses single sign-on, in which case no password is needed). Follow these steps to complete your first login:
- Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation or Get Started. The link is valid for a limited time — if it has expired, ask your administrator to resend the invitation.
- You will be taken to an account-setup page. Enter a strong password if prompted, then click Create Account.
- Complete any identity verification your organization has configured. This might include a one-time passcode sent to your email or phone, or a redirect through your organization's single sign-on (SSO) provider.
- Once verified, you will land on your personal dashboard. Bookmark the dashboard URL so you can return to it directly in the future.
Returning visits
On future visits, go to your organization's portal URL and click Sign In. Enter the email address associated with your account and your password, then click Continue. If your organization has configured SSO, you may be signed in automatically as soon as you navigate to the portal — no manual entry is required.
Forgotten password
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it at any time:
- Go to the login page and click Forgot password? below the sign-in button.
- Enter the email address linked to your account and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox for a password-reset email. Click the link inside and follow the prompts to set a new password.
- After resetting, return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
Troubleshooting login problems
- Invitation link expired: Ask your administrator to send a new invitation from the admin panel.
- Incorrect email or password: Double-check that Caps Lock is off and that you are using the email address your administrator enrolled you with.
- Account locked after multiple failed attempts: Wait a few minutes, then try the Forgot password? flow to unlock your account.
- SSO redirect loop or error: Contact your IT team — this is usually a configuration issue on the identity-provider side.
- Page not loading: Try a different browser or clear your browser's cache and cookies, then reload the page.
For persistent login issues, contact your platform administrator and provide the exact error message you see on screen.
