Your guide to finding answers
Welcome to the Help Center — your central resource for guidance on everything the platform has to offer. Whether you are logging in for the first time, looking for tips on completing a course, or troubleshooting an account issue, the Help Center is the right place to start. Articles are organized into collections (broad topic areas) and categories (focused sub-topics within each collection), so you can drill down to the precise answer you need without reading through unrelated content.
How to find what you are looking for
There are three main ways to navigate the Help Center:
- Search by keyword. Use the search bar at the top of the Help Center home page. Type a word or phrase — for example certificate or reset password — and matching articles will appear instantly.
- Browse collections. The home page shows a grid of collections. Click any tile to see the categories and articles inside it. This works best when you want to explore a topic broadly.
- Follow the breadcrumb trail. Once you open an article, the breadcrumb at the top shows you which collection and category it belongs to. Click any breadcrumb link to jump back up and browse related articles.
Reading an article
Each article is structured to get you to the answer quickly. A short introduction explains what the article covers, followed by step-by-step instructions or explanations where needed. If an article does not fully answer your question, look for a Related articles section at the bottom — these links point to closely related topics that may fill in the gaps.
Tips for getting the most from the Help Center
- If your search returns too many results, add a second keyword to narrow things down (for example quiz attempt limit instead of just quiz).
- Article titles are written in plain language — search for the action you want to take (enroll in a course) rather than a technical term.
- Screenshots and step numbers in articles reflect the most common platform configuration; your organization's setup may look slightly different.
- Some features described here may not be enabled for your organization. If you cannot find a menu item mentioned in an article, contact your platform administrator to confirm whether the feature is available to you.
Still need help?
If you have read the relevant articles and still have a question, reach out to your platform administrator using the support link in the navigation menu, or send an email to the address provided in your onboarding materials. When contacting support, include the name of the article you read and a brief description of what you were trying to do — this helps your administrator respond faster.
